A couple of months ago Chloe and I offered to bake cupcakes for a friend’s upcoming wedding. As she isn’t quite sure what she wants yet, we’ve offered to supply a couple of test bakes to ensure she gets exactly what she wants. Here’s the first trial (with homemade white chocolate and baileys fudge too!)

These went down very well in the department today – not sure if they are the right flavour for the wedding but definitely a hit Christmas flavour (it is now officially Christmas as I have seen the Coke advert!) – EXCITED! Bring on many a Christmas fair and present baking 🙂

Thanks, they were pretty good if we do say ourselves! My favourite part was definitely the baileys and white chocolate fudge – definitely making that again.
